Refund policy
At Grace & Grit Athletics, we take pride in creating custom products designed specifically for our customers. Because many of our items are personalized and made to order, please review our return and refund policy carefully.
Custom and Personalized Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final on personalized, custom-designed, team, school, organization, and made-to-order items.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Custom Apparel
- Team Shirts
- Team Store Orders
- Personalized Tumblers
- Yard Flags
- Keychains
- Coasters
- Mouse Pads
- Custom Gifts and Accessories
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizes selected by the customer
- Customer-approved design errors
- Changes of mind after production has begun
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
If the issue is determined to be a production defect, Grace & Grit Athletics will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless production has already begun.
Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.
Local Pickup Orders
Customers are responsible for arranging pickup of local pickup orders within a reasonable time after notification that the order is complete.
