Once production begins, custom orders cannot be modified or canceled.

Grace & Grit Athletics is not responsible for errors approved by the customer during the ordering process.

5. Team Stores and Fundraisers

Team stores, organization stores, and fundraising stores may have specific ordering deadlines.

Orders placed through team stores are generally produced after the store closes and may be distributed through the organization, coach, team representative, or designated pickup location.

Customers are responsible for placing orders before any published deadlines.

6. Production and Fulfillment

Production times vary depending on product type, order volume, and seasonal demand.

Estimated production times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

Grace & Grit Athletics is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, supply shortages, or circumstances beyond our control.
