• Production: apparel and tumblers take 7-14 business days. Custom accessories take 5-14 business days. Team store orders are produced after the store closes.
• Delivery: standard shipping takes 3-7 business days after production, by USPS, UPS or another carrier. Expedited shipping is available on select orders.
• Estimates only: times are not guaranteed and can change during holidays or busy periods.
• Local pickup: available on select orders. We'll notify you when it's ready.
• Team stores: orders may be handed out through your coach, team rep or school. Shipping may be free if you choose local team distribution.
• Wrong address: check your address carefully. Reshipping an order returned for a bad address may cost extra.
• Lost or damaged? Contact us right away and keep the packaging. Send photos for damage claims.

• Custom items are final sale. Personalized, team, school and made-to-order products can't be returned or exchanged.
• No returns for: wrong size chosen, errors in a design you approved, or a change of mind after production starts.
• Damaged or defective? Contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup with your order number, a description and clear photos. We will replace the item or refund it.
• Cancellations: within 24 hours of purchase, if production hasn't started.
• Local pickup: please collect your order promptly once we tell you it's ready.
